Marguerite McClinton Stoglin is the CEO and founder of CRM & Associates, LLC. The company was inspired by the fact that she is a fourth generation entrepreneur. Her great grandfather with his sixth grade education owned and managed a bed and breakfast in Wichita, Kansas. 
Inspired to help others achieve their goals, Marguerite started CRM in 2011. As a consultant that focuses on meeting the operational and strategic needs of the organization.  CRM has worked with Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, Wingspan Gives Back and Vissero Partners, LLC to name a few.  She has provided advisory and services relating to HR, operations, communications, and corporate and nonprofit governance.
She has also worked in higher education. She has served at Paul Quinn College, Southern Methodist University, Former President of Washington and Lee University in Virginia, Florida State University and Washington University in St. Louis. Following her undergraduate degree in Education and Sociology from Emory University, McClinton earned her first master’s degree from Harvard University in 1999, and subsequently her doctorate from Florida State University.  She has also completed her second master’s degree (an MBA) from University of Texas at Dallas.
She is a volunteer with several local nonprofits such as Junior League of Dallas, Leadership Dallas (Class of 2012), Alpha Xi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, and Rainbow Days to name a few. She is a coauthor of three published books.  In 1996, she was a member of Emory University’s first ever National Championship tennis team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and stepdaughter. Her hobbies include traveling, movies, and playing sports.
